Summer Conditioning Program
Attached is a suggested summer training program for any girl looking to tryout this fall for the volleyball program. It is based around bodyweight work and can be done anywhere. If you are unsure on the description of an exercise, google it. If that doesn’t come up with an answer, do an exercise that you know in place of that one.
It is suggested to play as much volleyball as possible this summer….no touch is a bad touch.
Almost every club in the area has camps available over the summer as well as sand programs. If you need suggestions on clinics or where to take private lessons please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
